However, on pavements that are new or resurfaced and have not been sealed, you have the option to use Rejuvenator REJUVENATION TECHNOLOGY: The success with rejuvenator is simple. “It works.” It offers more than the other products at a competitive price. Rejuvenator is designed to last 4-5 years with a 2 year warranty instead of the 2-3 years for the emulsion sealer products. For example, a coal tar seal coat job bid at $4,500 would on average be redone three times in ten years at a total cost of $13,500. Rejuvenator would be applied twice at a total cost of $10,000, a cost saving of $3,500, or a 35%. better value.
