Medical Center Of Delaware Uses the
"Rejuvenation Solution"

The Medical Center of Delaware in conjunction with Duffield & Associates engineering firm reviewed product information in a search for the best application for their continuing asphalt maintenance project which spans several years. As a result of their research, they specified Rejuvenator/ Sealer as an effective alternative to traditional coal tar emulsions that can experience cracking and peeling problems.

Phase 1 began in 1994 with the application to 25,000 square yards on the first lot to be rejuvenated. Phase 2 combined 3 areas totaling 26,000 square yards and was finished in 1995. In 1996 Phase 3, an area of 12,000 square yards, was completed. Also in 1996, the Medical Center decided to use the same product on one of their other facilities — Wilmington Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware, which is also an on-going project.
