We want to introduce you to our two-product system which includes Rejuvenator/Sealer and "Crack-Rite" Direct Fire crackfilling materials. These products work together to provide maximum compatibility and the best value for your maintenance dollars. See "You're in Good Company " pages for more information on projects completed with rejuvenator/sealer.
Rejuvenator/Sealer is an alternative to coal tar or asphalt emulsion products that only coat the surface. This causes build-up which may lead to cracking, chipping and peeling. See article, "Hazards of Altering Sealer Mix Designs" and excerpts from "Criteria for Coal Tar Seal Coats."
Rejuvenator/Sealer improves the overall condition of the blacktop. However, rejuvenation is best accomplished when signs of distress first appear.
Rejuvenator/Sealer can be used on condominiums, apartments, office complexes, hospitals, etc. Rejuvenator/Sealer actually penetrates into the asphalt and becomes an integral part of the pavement. It replenishes lost bitumen, increases ductility, lowers viscosity and makes the pavement fuel resistant. Rejuvenator/Sealer meets FAA Engineering Brief #44-A specifications for fuel resistance. It also works well on airport aprons, taxiways and runways and does not cause build-up on grooved runways.
Crack-Rite crackfilling material is applied after the Rejuvenator/Sealer to allow it to penetrate and revitalize the crack. It promotes a much stronger bond between the pavement and the crackfilling material as it is installed. See "Crack-Rite" page.
Why should YOU use Rejuvenator/Sealer instead of traditional coal tar emulsion sealer on your asphalt maintenance projects?
