on Phoenixville Pike in West Chester decided that its 25,000 square yard
parking lot that needed to be revitalized. The lot was in good condition
with minor repairs and some crack filling. Rejuvenator/Sealer was selected because
of its advantages over traditional coal tar emulsion sealers and because
the job had to be completed in one day so church activities would not
be disrupted. With Rejuvenator/Sealer, the crack filling is done after the rejuvenator
application to allow the material to rejuvenate the inside of the crack.
In this way, when the crack filler is applied, it forms a better bond
with the asphalt. New white stripes were the finishing touch. |
